Renowned Bosnian-born accordionist Merima Ključo and vocalist Jelena Milusic will perform their NY debut of Lume, a project of love songs from around the world and Merima’s own composition based on Sephardic, Croatian, Romanian, and Kosovoian melodies. Merima’s original accordion playing is at once traditional and contemporary and has earned her performances and accolades on stages worldwide. Contralto Jelena performs a wide variety of musical styles from blues and jazz and from rock to Balkan.
